What's the minimum commitment?
Rental starts at $500 a month, including GST, for your whole collection — individual works add together to reach it. Choose a 3, 12 or 24-month term. Under $500 a month we're still happy to help on a consultation basis.
What do delivery and installation cost?
Initial delivery, installation and final removal are quoted separately and shown in your proposal before you agree to anything — no surprises. The cost depends on the number and size of works and your building's access.
What does the insurance cover?
Insurance is included while the works are in your care, subject to the rental agreement. The agreement sets out exactly what's covered, any exclusions and your responsibilities — we take you through it before you sign.
Can we change the artwork during the term?
The 24-month programme includes one coordinated rotation at 12 months — replacement works at the same premises, within your agreed budget, with transport and installation included. Earlier or additional changes can be arranged and are quoted separately.
What happens if we move offices?
We coordinate moving your works to the new premises. Relocation — transport, de-install and re-install — is quoted separately. Just let us know as early as you can so we can plan around your move.
Can we buy a work we're renting?
Usually, yes — subject to availability. If you'd like to own a piece you've been living with, tell us and we'll confirm the purchase price and whether any rental already paid can be credited. If you plan to keep the same works for years, buying can be better value — and we'll say so.
How soon can you install?
It depends on the works you choose, stock readiness, and your building's access and approvals. Once your collection and access are confirmed we give you a realistic installation date — we'd rather commit to a date we can meet than quote one we can't.
What happens at the end of the term?
About 60 days before your term ends we'll talk through the options: renew, refresh with new works, move to a different programme, purchase pieces you've grown attached to, or have the works collected. Final removal is quoted separately, so nothing is rushed or unexpected.
