How many guests can we host?

Up to ~70 standing. Seated formats depend on layout - ask us and we'll advise.

can we bring our own caterer and drinks?

Yes. The space includes a bar and fridge. We can recommend trusted suppliers.

CAN WE HANG OUR OWN ARTWORK OR SIGNAGE?

Yes. Use our collection as a backdrop, or bring your own work/signage. We'll guide installation.

WHAT AV IS INCLUDED?

A microphone and speaker (bluetooth connection) are available. Additional AV can be arranged.

what's the bump-in/bump-out timing?

Standard is 1-2 hours each side; extended access can be arranged subject to availability.

Do you require a bond or insurance?

A refundable bond is required 7 days prior to your event. This is determined by the length of your lease, $500 for 1-2 days or $1,000 for 2+ days.

A proof of public liability insurance may be required depending on the event.

is security required?

certain events or guest counts may require security. We'll confirm during the planning and can recommend a trusted company.

do you offer staff for the event?

Yes, we can arrange bar staff and hosting support on request (fees apply).
