Two models, depending on how much support you want. Space only gives you full control of the room. With AFA Sales adds our team for the run of show and a commission on works sold.

A refundable bond is required 7 days prior to your event. This is determined by the length of your lease, $500 for 1-2 days or $1,000 for 2+ days.

A proof of public liability insurance may be required depending on the event.

Certain events or guest counts may require security. We'll confirm during the planning and can recommend a trusted company.
