Who it's for

Spaces that make an impression.

Law firms. Hotels. Property developers. Coworking spaces. Corporate offices. Commercial real estate. If people walk through it, art makes it work harder.

Law firms.

Art in client-facing floors reduces perceived wait time and signals the culture of the practice — before a word is spoken.

Client-floor programme
02 / Property

Property developers.

A display suite with original art helps buyers see the life of the space, not the vacancy. It closes faster.

Display-suite programme
03 / Hotels & Hospitality

Hotels and hospitality.

Guests notice and photograph art. It shapes the review, sets the tone, and does more for the brand than almost any other spend.

Guest-experience programme
04 / Coworking

Coworking and flex space.

Art makes flex space feel considered rather than generic — the detail that converts a trial member to a long-term one.

Member-experience programme
05 / Corporate

Corporate offices.

Original work on workplace floors improves retention signals and communicates investment in the people who use the space daily.

Tax treatment: Rental fees are generally treated as an operating expense — deductible in the year incurred, the same way office rent or equipment hire works. The instant asset write-off for purchased artwork is now capped at $1,000; rental sits outside that change. Confirm with your accountant.

All programmes are bespoke. Figures above are indicative — the actual investment depends on scale, number of works, and duration. We confirm pricing at the consultation.

Common questions

Before you book.

The questions we hear most often. Anything not covered here, ask in the brief.

What is the minimum commitment? +

The standard programme is twelve months. Rotation cadence is agreed at the start — we work around your schedule. For display suites, openings, and shorter campaigns we run 3-month fixed-term installs.

What happens if a work is damaged? +

Works on shorter programmes are covered by the gallery. On annual and extended programmes, clients add the works to their contents insurance — we provide a full valuation schedule to make this straightforward. If a work is damaged, contact us immediately and we'll manage the process from there.

Can we buy the work we rent? +

Yes. If you decide a piece belongs in the space permanently, we can arrange the purchase. Speak to your account contact and we'll walk through the options.

Who installs the work? +

Our installation crew. Works are levelled, lit, and accounted for with a conditions report at install and at rotation. We patch and finish any wall fixings at removal.

What lead time do you need? +

Two to three weeks from brief to install for standard programmes. Faster for display suites and event programmes.

How does the tax treatment work? +

Rental fees are generally treated as operating expenses, deductible in the year incurred — the same way office rent or equipment hire works. The instant asset write-off for purchased artwork ended 30 June 2025 and is now capped at $1,000; rental sits outside that change. Confirm the treatment with your accountant.

Can the programme rotate across multiple sites? +

Yes. Multi-site programmes are built for portfolio rotation. Works move on a coordinated schedule across floors, properties, or sites.
