The right work,
in the right
space.
A rotating programme of original work for offices, hotels, display suites, and hospitality spaces. We select the work, install it, and rotate it. Rental fees are generally treated as a tax-deductible operating expense.
No capital tied up. No long-term commitment. We handle selection, delivery, installation, and rotation. You approve the work. We do everything else. The first site visit is free.
Spaces that
make an impression.
Each programme is built around the brief. Six common starting points, drawn from the work we already do across the city.
The fit-out is right. The client floor still feels underpowered. We place and rotate work that makes reception, boardrooms, and partner floors speak for themselves.
Display suites do the emotional work. Art helps buyers imagine the life, not the layout. We install, rotate, and remove at handover. No disruption to the campaign.
Lobbies, suites, event spaces, dining rooms. Local work rotated against the season. Guests notice — and remember. That's what keeps them coming back.
Tours sell the space. Rotating art makes the tour land. Common areas, meeting rooms, member lounges. Fresh work that gives members a reason to stay.
Reception, breakout zones, boardrooms. Workplaces that reflect the people and culture behind them. At a fraction of the cost of acquisition.
A turnkey art layer for leasing campaigns, foyer programmes, and managed assets. Your client walks into a finished room. The deal closes on feeling.
Rental fees are deductible in the year incurred. The same way office rent or equipment hire works. The instant asset write-off for purchased artwork ended 30 June 2025 and is now capped at $1,000. Rental sits outside that change.

The space does
the work.
We visit the space. We understand how it's used, who sees it, and what it needs to say. Then we make the call. Thirty years of looking at art means we know what will hold.
Gallery-standard installation. Levelled, lit, accounted for. Our crew, our hardware, around your schedule. You walk in to a room that's done.
Works rotate on the agreed schedule. Removed at end of term. The space keeps moving. Without a thought from you.
Workers in enriched environments with art were 17% more productive than those in stripped-back spaces. When staff had input into the selection, the figure rose to 32%, with 45% higher wellbeing and 60% higher engagement.
Dr. Craig Knight, University of Exeter, 2010. The relative merits of lean, enriched, empowered and disempowered offices.
A four-storey headquarters needed art that matched the calibre of their clients. A Dale Frank work on the entertainment level changed how client meetings felt.
A rotating programme of works, refreshed on a set schedule. Guests notice. The space stays worth coming back to.
Statement works across executive entertainment floors. When clients ask about the art, the meeting has already started well.
Available
for rental.
Works available through the rental programme. Rates from $500 per month — the right selection for your space depends on the space. That's what the consultation is for.
Before you
book.
The questions we hear most often. Anything not covered here, ask in the brief.
The standard programme is twelve months. Rotation cadence is agreed at the start — we work around your schedule. For display suites, openings, and shorter campaigns we run 3-month fixed-term installs.
Works on shorter programmes are covered by the gallery. On annual and extended programmes, clients are required to add the works to their contents insurance. We provide a full valuation schedule to make this straightforward. If a work is damaged, contact us immediately and we'll manage the process from there.
Yes. If you decide a piece belongs in the space permanently, we can arrange the purchase. Speak to your account contact and we will walk through the options.
Our installation crew. Works are levelled, lit, and accounted for with a conditions report at install and at rotation. We patch and finish any wall fixings at removal.
Two to three weeks from brief to install for standard programmes. Faster for display suites and event programmes.
Rental fees are generally treated as operating expenses, deductible in the year incurred. The same way office rent or equipment hire works. The instant asset write-off for purchased artwork ended 30 June 2025 and is now capped at $1,000. Confirm the treatment with your accountant.
Yes. Multi-site programmes are built for portfolio rotation. Works move on a coordinated schedule across floors, properties, or sites.
