Shipping Information

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the applicable shipping rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

Please note that we do not ship to Ascension, Bovet Island, Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & Mcdonald Islands, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands (Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island) and Western Sahara.

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Audrey Fine Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless stated otherwise. If you neglect to address customs inquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to your shipment, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it. In the event that you choose to return your order, a refund will be processed, however, you will be required to pay for the initial shipment costs.
